How are fraud checks counted?
One fraud check equals one real-time decisioning API call. Setup calls, status checks, and webhook deliveries don't count against your quota.
Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade at any time. Downgrades on annual contracts require 30 days' notice.
What happens if I exceed my monthly check limit?
Freemium and Entry plans include a 10% overage buffer at no extra charge. Sustained overages trigger an upgrade conversation. Premium has no volume cap.
Do you offer discounts for annual contracts?
Yes. Annual billing typically saves 15–20%. Contact sales for a tailored quote.
Is there a setup fee?

What payment methods do you accept?
